William Richardson (1805 - June 1855) was born around 1805 and established his professional life within the legal sphere as a solicitor. His academic trajectory began when he was admitted as a fellow-commoner to Christ's College, Cambridge, on March 14, 1823. He subsequently matriculated in October 1823, proceeded to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1827, and later received his Master of Arts degree in 1830, as documented in John Venn's Alumni Cantabrigienses (via Peile, II. 412). He was a member of the Cambridge Apostles.
Following his time at Cambridge, Richardson established his residence and professional practice in London, appearing as a resident on Bedford Road in 1829 while working as a solicitor. His life concluded relatively early, with his death occurring prior to June 1855.
